Cancellation Policy

Cancelation/rescheduling is only available up to 12 hours before the start time. Your booking begins the time you book, not at the time of arrival. We are not responsible for the items left in the studio after the booking. If there any problems with the space, please notify us right away before shooting or using the studio so that we can rectify the problem. No refunds will be allowed for complaints after the shoot or event has started or passed. No confetti or popping of champagne. No pets. No parties, alcohol or smoking are allowed. No loud music. No more than 6 people are allowed in studio at the same time. Moving furniture is allowed except for mirrors and glass items. Please, make sure to lift furniture instead of dragging it. Any damage to furniture or studio interior will lead to fees. Treat the studio, props, furniture and everything else with respect. Return all furniture and props to the original position before leaving. Thanks for choosing our studio. Enjoy your time!
